Our Full Posture Training program targets every joint in the body, focusing on improving mobility and strength through mindful engagement, emotional commitment, and trust in our expert instructors. This training emphasizes correcting common postural issues prevalent in our society, often caused by sedentary lifestyles.
During these sessions, held in intimate groups, we pay special attention to individuals with specific weaknesses, past injuries, or chronic issues, allowing them to focus on these crucial areas. Our goal is to help them recover and strengthen these key regions to restore optimal function.
We believe in the power of body-weight exercises and natural movements; thus, no machines or heavy equipment are used. Instead, the training is conducted in rhythm to music, using specially crafted sequences performed on mats. Participants utilize their body weight along with Swiss balls, resistance bands, and other accessories that positively influence mobility, strength, and coordination.
Our carefully curated exercises enhance physical capabilities and offer a holistic approach to well-being. This method ensures that each participant, regardless of their fitness level, experiences a supportive and effective workout environment, helping them achieve their personal health goals.
