Day 1: Friday – Welcome and Refreshment

Arrival and Accommodation 

Participants arrive at the retreat destination, greeted by the serene and welcoming atmosphere. They are guided to their comfortable accommodations, designed to provide a restful environment for the days ahead.

Welcome Meal

After settling in, guests are treated to a wholesome, natural meal designed to rejuvenate them from their journey. This meal is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, local ingredients, setting the tone for a week of nutritious and delicious dining.

Day 2: Saturday – Initial Assessments & Orientation

Comprehensive Medical Examinations and Posture Analysis

The day begins with comprehensive medical examinations, including posture analysis and various health assessments. These tests help our specialists understand each participant’s physical condition and identify any areas that may require special attention during the retreat.

Personalized Interviews with a Doctor

Following the examinations, participants have one-on-one interviews with a doctor. This session is crucial for determining individual needs and preferences, allowing us to tailor the retreat experience to each person’s unique health goals and capabilities.

Organizational Meeting and Materials Distribution

An organizational meeting introduces participants to the retreat’s schedule and activities. They receive a binder packed with training materials, including detailed descriptions of the exercises,
