7:00 AM: Morning Warm-Up (15 minutes)

Each day begins with a morning warm-up session designed to invigorate the senses and prepare the body for the day’s activities. This gentle yet energizing routine helps wake up the muscles and mind, setting a positive tone for the day.

7:30 AM: Group Breakfast

Following the warm-up, participants enjoy a communal breakfast. The menu is thoughtfully curated to provide energy and nourishment, featuring a variety of wholesome and delicious options that cater to different dietary needs and preferences.

8:30 AM: Underwater Training ( 60 minutes)

Held in the swimming pool, these water-based exercises focus on relieving joint stress and enhancing flexibility. The buoyancy of the water provides a low-impact environment, making it ideal for all fitness levels and particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries.

9:30 – 10:00 AM: Break

A short break follows, allowing participants to refresh, change, and hydrate with fresh fruit and vegetable juices, preparing them for the next activity.

10:00 PM: Full Posture Training (60 minutes)

Conducted on mats with the use of elastic bands and Swiss balls, this session is choreographed to the rhythm of carefully selected music. The focus is on strengthening postural muscles and those prone to injury.

12:30 AM: Nordic Walking Expedition (120 minutes)

This two-hour session explores local attractions, such as scenic beaches and lush forests. Using Nordic walking sticks, participants engage a wide range of muscle groups, particularly those often neglected due to sedentary lifestyles. The walks not only provide a great cardiovascular workout but also offer an opportunity to connect with nature.

2:00 PM: Muscules Stretching & Relax (60 minutes)

A relaxing session aimed at increasing joint mobility and muscle relaxation. This gentle stretching helps improve blood circulation, promoting nutrient delivery and the elimination of metabolic byproducts, which aids in muscle recovery.

3:30 PM: Nutritious Lunch

A well-balanced meal is served by our culinary team, in collaboration with nutritionists. This lunch is tailored for post-exercise recovery and to sustain energy levels throughout the day. The menu includes nutrient-dense options designed to replenish the body and support overall wellness.

Afternoon: Leisure Time

Participants have the afternoon free to explore a range of cosmetic and wellness treatments. Popular choices include therapeutic sports massages, saunas, and various spa services. This time is dedicated to relaxation and recovery, allowing guests to unwind and rejuvenate.

7:00 PM: Dinner

The day concludes with a balanced dinner, carefully prepared to aid overnight recovery. The menu features a variety of dishes that are both nourishing and satisfying, ensuring participants are well-fueled and ready for the next day’s activities.
