Reservation Deposit

To reserve your place at the retreat, a reservation deposit of 50% of the minimum total cost of $3,000 USD is required. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to proceed with the planning and arrangement of your stay.

Refund Policy

Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Retreat Start Date If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the start date of the retreat, you will receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.

Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the start date of the retreat, your reservation deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place because we commit to various expenses and preparations in advance based on your participation.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that THE GYM Retreat must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the payment to a future retreat date.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@thegymretreat.com. Include your booking details and the reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request, and the funds will be returned to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items and services may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

Spa treatments and other third-party services booked through our site.

Merchandise and apparel once they have been used or worn.

Any digital products or subscriptions once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Modifications and Changes

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling your retreat date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any price differences.
