Life is a game; if you want to win, learn its rules. Despite his early talent for writing, Francis Scott Fitzgerald was a rather poor student with a serious spelling problem, most likely dyslexic. He gained fame with his debut novel “This Side of Paradise”, which made him a celebrity of the so-called Jazz Age. “The Great Gatsby” did not enjoy much popularity for over a quarter of a century.
