Welcome to THE GYM Retreat. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing and using the services provided by THE GYM, you accept and agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms apply to all users, including
but not limited to participants, visitors, and anyone else who accesses our services. If you do
not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

THE GYM offers premium fitness and wellness retreats designed to promote holistic health and
well-being. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Fitness Camps: Structured programs with a variety of physical activities such as Nordic
Walking, Water Training, Full Posture Training, and Muscle Stretching & Relaxing sessions.
Wellness Programs: Comprehensive health assessments, personalized wellness plans,
nutritional guidance, and relaxation techniques.
Additional Services: We assist in the reservation of spa treatments, hotel rooms, meals in
restaurants, and transport from the airport or other places.
Please note that THE GYM is responsible solely for the preparation and execution of the fitness
and wellness programs. Other services like transport, hotel service, spa treatments,
accommodations, and meals are provided by third parties, and THE GYM acts only as an
intermediary in these matters.

3. Registration and Participation

3.1 Registration Process

Participants must complete a detailed registration form, providing accurate and complete
information about their health, fitness levels, and personal goals. This information is crucial for
tailoring the retreat experience to each participant’s needs.

3.2 Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and in good health. If you have any medical
conditions, disabilities, or are pregnant, you must inform us during the registration process. We
may require a doctor’s note confirming your fitness to participate.

3.3 Right to Refuse Service

THE GYM reserves the right to refuse service or cancel registrations at our discretion if we
believe that a participant may pose a risk to themselves or others, or if the information
provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Reservation Deposit
To reserve your place at the retreat, a reservation deposit of 50% of the minimum total cost of
$3,000 USD is required. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to proceed with the
planning and arrangement of your stay.

4.2 Accommodation Selection

After the reservation deposit is made, one of our agents will contact you to present the
available room options and their respective prices. You can then select the accommodation
that best fits your preferences and budget.

4.3 Payment Terms

The remaining balance for your stay, including the selected accommodation and any additional
services, must be paid in full before the start of the retreat. Payments can be made via credit
card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
4.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Retreat Start Date: Full refund of the deposit will be
provided.
Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date: The reservation deposit is nonrefundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: In case THE GYM cancels the retreat due to unforeseen
circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), participants will receive a full
refund or the option to reschedule for a future retreat.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the activities
provided by THE GYM. It is strongly advised to consult with a healthcare professional before
beginning any fitness program.

5.2 Health Disclosures

All health conditions, medications, and recent surgeries must be disclosed during the
registration process. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in the termination
of participation without refund.

5.3 Safety Protocols

THE GYM follows stringent safety protocols, including regular equipment inspections, qualified
staff supervision, and emergency procedures to ensure participant safety.

6. Use of Facilities

6.1 Facility Guidelines

Participants must use the facilities and equipment provided by THE GYM in a safe and
respectful manner. Instructions provided by staff must be followed at all times to prevent injury
and damage.

6.2 Damage Liability

Any damage to property or equipment caused by a participant due to negligence or misuse will
be the responsibility of that participant. They will be required to cover the cost of repair or
replacement.

7. Personal Property

7.1 Valuables

Participants are advised to avoid bringing valuables to the retreat. THE GYM is not responsible
for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7.2 Storage Facilities

Secure storage facilities may be provided, but usage is at the participant’s own risk. It is
recommended to keep personal belongings secure and take necessary precautions to
safeguard them.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Expected Behavior

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all
times. Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

8.2 Consequences of Misconduct

THE GYM reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they
display behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to,
harassment, violence, or damage to property.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All materials provided during the retreat, including training manuals, videos, and other
resources, are the intellectual property of THE GYM and are protected by copyright laws.

9.2 Usage Restrictions

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials
without prior written consent from THE GYM. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited
and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 General Limitation

THE GYM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to,
loss of data, loss of income, or other economic loss.

10.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not
exceed the amount paid by you to THE GYM. This limitation applies to all claims, including
those based on breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Right to Modify

THE GYM reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be
posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of participants to review these terms
periodically.

11.2 Continued Use

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree with
the new terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.

13. Additional Products and Services

13.1 Branded Merchandise

Participants will receive branded merchandise, including T-shirts and sweatshirts, as part of
their fitness camp package. These items are provided as tokens of appreciation and are
included in the retreat cost.

13.2 Personalized Binders

Each participant will receive a personalized binder containing information gathered during the
retreat. This includes detailed health assessments, personalized training plans, and wellness
tips. The binder also serves as a valuable resource for continuing their fitness journey postretreat.
13.3 Future Offerings

THE GYM plans to expand its offerings to include recorded training sessions and live training
events for returning clients. These will be available for purchase or subscription, providing
ongoing support and motivation for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
